ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

During the remainder of the contract, an address will be made in the manner outlined above.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the Client in connection with the sale and delivery of goods and services ordered electronically through the Seller website. The Buyer accepts and declares that he/she has been informed about the basic qualities of the subscription subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, all preliminary information about the subscription subject to sale, accepts this information electronically, and then orders the subscription, in accordance with its provisions.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY OF SUBSCRIPTION
The service purchased by the Client through the seller’s website is credited to the account as soon as the payment is completed and the Client can start using it.
ARTICLE 4 – CHANGE OF SUBSCRIPTION
If you switch from a free package to a paid package, your free package will be canceled directly and you will be able to start using your limits in your new package. However, if you downgrade or upgrade from a paid package to a paid package, your current package will go into “pendin cancellation” status and you will be able to use your limits on both your new and old package until it is canceled.
ARTICLE 5 – CANCEL OF SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscriptions at any time via the link sent to your email by Paddle or directly at https://app.beycanpress.com/subscription. When you cancel your subscription, if you have a free package, it will be canceled directly. However, if you have a paid package, it will go into “pending cancellation” status and will be canceled when your subscription expires.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT REFUND
Any service sold through the Seller website is non-refundable. Because we have a free package for all registered users that they can use indefinitely. In other words, when a client buys our service, they have tried it enough beforehand.
ARTICLE 7 – TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
Seller is responsible for providing free support for the service purchased by Client. However, technical support will only be provided through issues on Github for bugs etc. that the user receives in their own development environment. Other than that, support will be provided via Live Chat or Email for general questions and curiosities.
